Women’s Track is our female-focused training program built around the priorities women often want in their physique: strong glutes and legs, a defined upper body, and lean, athletic muscle. While every woman can train on any of our programs, Women’s Track intentionally places volume where it matters most for female strength and aesthetic goals. With smart progressive overload, targeted conditioning, and balanced nutrition guidance, you’ll get stronger, fitter, build lean muscle, and drop body fat.
THE STRUCTURE:
Day 1 - FULL BODY STRENGTH (HINGE BIAS)
Day 2 - CONDITIONING INTERVAL ERG/RUN
Day 3 - FULL BODY STRENGTH (UPPER BIAS)
Day 4 - TEMPO RUN OR MONOSTRUCUAL CONDITIONING
Day 5 - FULL BODY HIGH VOL (GLUTES & CORE)
Day 6 - LONG RUN OR LONG ERG
